• By car : Brides-les-Bains is easy to reach. Take the dual carriageway to Moûtiers (road network built for the Albertville Winter Olympics in 1992), then follow signs to Brides-les –Bains (6 km). On arrival, go past the Thermal Baths and the Casino on your left and turn right into Rue du Dr Paul Mathieu .
  
• By train : Both high speed and local trains take you as far as Moûtiers station. A bus service links Moûtiers to Brides-les-Bains.
• By air : The nearest airports are Grenoble, Lyon and Geneva. Brides-les-Bains is 610 km from Paris, 180 km from Lyon and 120 km from both Grenoble and Geneva.
